Kendall Qualls Kicks Off Restore Our Freedoms Campaign
MINNEAPOLIS – Republican gubernatorial candidate Kendall Qualls announced his “Restore Our Freedoms” Campaign where he will highlight a need for a change in leadership citing the numerous times Minnesotans were stripped of their personal freedoms over the course of the last two years.
“My Restore Our Freedoms Campaign will show Minnesotans that I not only mean business, but that they can expect a complete change from the current administration. Our residents should never have been forced to watch other states carry on with business as usual while our government stifled our economy and forced Minnesotans to operate within the confines of lockdowns and mandates. Never again will the Governor have unchecked ability to close your business or force your family to disclose personal medical information in order to eat a hamburger in a restaurant. As Governor, I promise to allow residents autonomy over their businesses and kids’ education. In addition to banning all mask and vaccine mandates and creating a mask opt-out option for parents in schools, I plan on having the legislature deliver a bill to significantly limit the Governor’s emergency powers. I’ll even tackle the war on crime, so families can once again safely attend a Twins game. We’re going to promote safety in communities and restore the Twin Cities to one of the safest cities in America. The difference is I’m not a politician from the St. Paul swamp, I’m an outsider who is tired of seeing leaders feign compassion only to fail to deliver time and again. It’s time to return to a Minnesota that works, restore your personal freedoms, and return power back to the people. That’s not just a promise, but my commitment to Minnesotans.”
