Kendall Qualls Making Gains on the Campaign Trail

MINNEAPOLIS – With exactly two months until Convention in May, Kendall Qualls is gaining momentum on the campaign trail, sharing his compelling life story and 6 in 6 plan with voters along the way. Over the weekend, Qualls placed second in a Chisago County convention straw poll trailing only three votes behind the February 1st caucus straw poll winner. With campaign momentum heating up, Kendall Qualls issued the following statement appealing to Minnesotans ready for a change from the status quo.

“After traveling Minnesota for a little over two months, I have no doubt that Minnesotans are behind Team Kendall. We’re seeing results like this straw poll all across the board because voters recognize a leader who understands the issues and is willing to offer them action-based solutions. There are only two options in this race, elect either an insider or an outsider, and I’m running to serve the people not the insider groups of St. Paul. As a true Conservative outsider, people hear my message and see that I’m authentic when I say I want to change Minnesota for the better because I’ve lived in poverty and know how to help others achieve their own version of the American dream. There’s only two months left until the Rochester Convention, but I have no doubt I will win the Republican party’s endorsement and go on to beat Tim Walz in November.”
